A comforting bowl topped with tempura crumbs (tenkasu) and spring onion. (House classic—great if you like aroma and texture.)
Kitsune Udon – $21
Sweet-simmered inari tofu (aburaage) on hot udon in dashi broth. (Gentle, slightly sweet, very Japanese.)
Bukkake Udon – $23
Chilled udon dressed with bukkake sauce—a balanced soy-dashi seasoning. (Clean, refreshing, perfect for Melbourne’s hot days.)
Tan Tan Udon – $25
Creamy-savoury sesame and chili-style broth with umami depth. Optional extra heat levels available.
